EXCHANGE POLICY:

Only returns and refunds will be offered. You may return your item and place a new order for the correct size to ensure your item.  

I RETURNED MY ITEM, WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Follow these steps first:

  • Check USPS, or Etc. tracking to ensure your package arrived before reaching out.
  • Reach out to one Customer Service platform with:
  • Full Name
  • E-mail
  • Order and/or Return Number
  • Tracking

Once we have confirmed your package arrived at our facility, we inspect your item/return within a 5-business day grace period where we will issue you a refund.

*Kindly note, to allow up to 10 business days for the issued refund to reflect on your original form of payment. If you do not, please reach out to us. *

Can I return clearance items?
Clearance items are final sale. With that being said, please pick your sizes wisely using our product specific size charts! 😊 

Will return policy be extended?
Yes! We have extended our Return Policy to 60-days for orders placed November 3rd, 2020- January 1st, 2021. 

My return says delivered, where is my refund?
When returns deliver to our facilities we open and inspect products before issuing refunds. Due to the projection of orders, TLF has extended their inspection period to prepare for this sale season. Resulting in pushing the issuance of refunds back a few days from our regular 3-5 business day period.  

I ORDERED AN ITEM AND NOW IT’S ON SALE...

Unfortunately, TLF will not be issuing price adjustments. So, make sure to purchase what you want, when you want it! 😉

I AM MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER...

Due to high demand, it is possible you order an item that sells out before your package is placed. No worries because we issue refunds for occurrences like these. Please contact our customer service department at https://helpdesk.tlfapparel.com/hc/en-us/requests/new should this occur.

I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER; CAN I CHANGE IT?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it may no longer be changed. We strongly encourage our customers to double check their order before proceeding. We recommend you cancel the order and place a new order with the correct sizes.  

WHY WAS MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED?

Our system automatically detects fraudulent activity and as a result cancels fraud orders for your safety and security. Please contact us should this occur. 

WHY WAS I REFUNDED FOR AN ITEM OR ORDER?

We issue refunds for items or orders should an item go out of stock after your order has been placed. We take this precaution to ensure a smooth process and prevent errors.
