DOES TLF SHIP TO APOS?
Yes, TLF Apparel proudly ships orders destined to members of the US Armed Forces. When placing an order, treat APO, FPO, or DPO as the “city” and select which Armed Forces from the choices under “State”. The Armed Forces choices are: Armed Forces Africa, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Canada, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Middle East, and Armed Forces Pacific. The only shipment option is our Standard Delivery, USPS where final delivery is made by the Military Postal Service. While most APO/FPO/DPO orders deliver within 2-4 weeks some deliveries may require as much as 6 weeks to be delivered.
DOES TLF SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
We are currently shipping to the following countries Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, Germany, Japan and South Korea.

HOW MUCH WILL MY ORDER COST TO SHIP?
SHIPPING METHOD COST ARRIVES IN:
- Standard (USPS Priority Mail) FREE, 2-4 Business Days Order ships by the end of the next business day* and is delivered within 4 business days.
- Express (USPS) Calculated Based On Address, 1-2 Business Days Order ships by the end of the next business day* and is delivered within 2 business days.
- DHL International Shipping rates will be calculated based on your region.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please make sure that you have read the Return Policy in detail before making any purchases on TLFapparel.com.
- All sales are FINAL on any Clearance items sold on TLFapparel.com, and all International Orders.
- Only items of equal or lesser value qualify for exchanges.
- The Return/Exchange Form and original packing slip is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price.
When no proof of purchase is available, you will be refunded the most recent price charged for the items returned to TLF.

- Send a return request via email to Returns@tlfapparel.com. TLF will reply with a USPS prepaid return label.
- Please make sure to include your Order Number and Name in the subject line.
- TLF will only accept returns purchased directly from TLF’s website or by phone.
- All items must be received by TLF within 30 days of purchase.
- All items must be undamaged, unworn and unwashed with all original hangtags attached to the item.

The refund will be processed once the product is received. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the credit to
appear on your Credit Card Statement or 8-10 business days for your Debit Card Statement.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can check the status of your order and track delivery using two different methods. You can sign into your account and check the Order Status or you can go to your order confirmation email and click on the tracking number and track directly from the carrier.
WHAT IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Your tracking number can be located in two different places. You can login to your TLF account and find the tracking number under Order Status or it can also be found in the shipped email that you received after the package was shipped.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you’re having second thoughts about your order and wish to change or cancel an order, please call the TLF Customer Service Department at 855.244.8880 for further assistance. Changes cannot be made to an order once it has been processed.
HOW DO I SIGN IN?
In order to sign into your TLF account, click on “Sign In” on the top right hand corner of tlfapparel.com. Enter your e-mail address and password to sign into your account. If you do not already have a TLF account, you may create a new account on the sign in page.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
In order to change your password, click on “My Account” on the top right hand corner of tlfapparel.com and proceed to click on the “Your Profile” link to change your password.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, WHAT DO I DO?
If you forgot your password, click on “Sign In” on the top right hand corner of tlfapparel.com. Click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link and follow the steps provided.
HOW DO I UPDATE/CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
To change your address login to your account and click the “My Address” section to add an address or change your address.
HOW DOES THE TLF E-GIFT CARD WORK?
TLF gift cards are e-mailed to the recipient after the order has been paid for. Gift cards can be purchased in $25, $50, $100, and $150 increments.
HOW CAN I USE AN E-GIFT CARD THAT SOMEONE GAVE TO ME?
To use your gift card, add your desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to check out. You will be prompted to enter your gift card number during the check-out process.

TLF gift Cards are e-mailed to the recipient after the order has been paid for.
