ABOUT ZAC

Athlete, physique competitor or superhero? That’s for you to decide.

After Zac Aynsley endured childhood bullying, a health scare from unhealthy living, depression and panic attacks to boot, he had finally found his true passion; health, fitness and bodybuilding.

At just 25 years old, Aynsley–also known as ‘Mr. Biceps’–has become a fitness sensation with over 1M followers on Instagram and has been featured in over 10 magazines, book covers and TV appearances.

With a soon-to-be Netflix documentary on the way covering the ongoing problem of body dysmorphia, Zac continues to show his audience how fitness, healthy living and bodybuilding can be used as a platform to make a positive change in the world and in an individual’s personal life. He’s truly #takenlifefurther by transforming not only his lifestyle, but his physique from skinny-to-shredded.
