PROMOTIONAL/SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS RETURN POLICY
All sales are FINAL on any promotional items sold on TLFapparel.com.
Please make sure that you have read the Return Policy in detail before making any purchases on TLFapparel.com.
MAIL RETURNS TO TLF APPAREL
Complete and print the Return Form, attach it to the packing slip, and include it with your package.
Please, do not include credit/debit card information on the form.
Note: The original packing slip and Return Form is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price.
When no proof of purchase is available, you will be refunded the most recent price charged for items returned to TLF.
• Fill in the style information of the items you are sending back to us in the Return Section.
• Fill in the new style information you would like us to send to you as an exchange in the Exchange Section.
Use your shipper of choice and mail package to address below. Please refer to your carrier of choice for their tracking services.
Don’t forget to retain your tracking number or delivery confirmation. TLF Apparel does not have the ability to trace your return and is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

IF EXCHANGE IS REQUESTED:
Your credit or debit card will receive a refund for the returned products once we receive them at our warehouse.
Allow 2 billing cycles for credit to appear back on your Credit Card Statement or 8-10 business days for your Debit Card Statement.
You will not be charged additional shipping when we send the exchange order to you.
* Please Note: Train Like a Freak Apparel, LLC. (“TLF”) will accept returns of its TLF Apparel brand (“TLF”) merchandise purchased directly from TLF (online or phone) as long as the following conditions are satisfied:
All items to be considered for reimbursement must be received by TLF within 30 days of purchase or 45 days of purchase for packages shipped from outside of the United States.
• Apparel: To be considered for reimbursement, apparel must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached to the item.
• Accessories: To be considered for reimbursement, accessories must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached to the item in the original packaging.
• Other items: All other items must be unopened and in the original packaging.
• If a return is received after the 30 day mark, the refund will only be available in the form of store credit. Shipping and Handling fees are not included.
In all cases refunds will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Offers are subject to adjustments due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE. WHEN YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND PROCESSED, WE WILL CREDIT THE CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT USED ON THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE RETURN.
