Opt-Out Preference Signals (Global Privacy Control)

TLF Apparel honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other recognized opt-out preference signals. If your browser or device sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information and targeted advertising for that browser or device, and the “Do Not Sell or Share” control below will reflect that automatically.

While you are logged out, your selection (or an Opt-Out Preference Signal such as GPC) will apply only to this browser on this device. Your selection may change when you sign in to your TLF account. To have your preferences apply across all TLF experiences, sign in to make your selection.

In order to enhance your experience across our platforms and show you more relevant content, we use cookies and similar technologies — both TLF-owned and third-party. EU/UK/EEA visitors: non-essential cookies stay off until you select Accept (opt-in). US visitors: non-essential categories are on by default where permitted, and you may opt out here or via a GPC signal.

• Strictly Necessary (Always On): Enables core functionality to power your language, location, cart/shopping bag, checkout, and account. Also supports security, fraud prevention, network management, and accessibility. These cannot be switched off.
• Analytics & Performance (Optional): Helps us understand how our site is used so we can measure and improve performance. Includes site analytics and attribution tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Triple Whale, on-site session/heatmap analytics).
• Personalized Advertising (Optional): Allows sharing of behavioral data with advertising partners. This data is used to enhance and report on the personalized advertising experience on partner sites and apps.

How Your Choices Are Applied

• Logged out: choices are stored on this browser/device only (in a consent cookie) and reset if you clear cookies or use another device or browser.
• Logged in: choices are saved to your TLF account and applied across the browsers and devices where you are signed in.
• GPC / opt-out signals: automatically honored as an opt-out of sale/share and targeted advertising, with no need to also toggle the control manually.
• Where the controls apply: the banner and opt-out controls are shown to visitors in the EU/UK/EEA and in US states that grant these rights. As a matter of policy, TLF honors GPC-based opt-outs from all US visitors.
• Essential processing continues: opting out does not stop strictly necessary cookies, order processing, fraud prevention, or non-targeted communications you have requested.

Your Rights & How to Exercise Them

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know/ access, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information and targeted advertising, and to appeal a decision. TLF does not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

• Opt out of sale/share & targeted ads: use the controls on this page, or send a GPC signal.
• Access, delete, or correct: submit a request at our privacy request page or email privacy@tlfapparel.com.
• Authorized agents: may submit opt-out or rights requests on your behalf with proof of authorization.
• Response & appeals: we verify and respond within the timeframe required by your state’s law; if we deny a request, you may appeal using the contact below.
