Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Take Life Further, LLC, doing business as TLF Apparel ("TLF," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information about you, and describes the choices and rights you have regarding that information. This Policy applies to information we collect when you interact with us in the United States, including through our website at tlfapparel.com and any associated subdomains, our mobile applications, our email and text-message programs, our pages and stores on third-party platforms and social media, and our customer service, marketing, events, promotions, and other services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read this Policy carefully. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Services.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to personal information we collect about customers, prospective customers, website and app visitors, and others who interact with the Services in the United States. It does not apply to information handled by third parties that we do not own or control, including third-party websites, platforms, payment providers, or services that may be linked to or integrated with the Services. Those third parties have their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them.
If you are an employee, job applicant, contractor, or business contact, different notices may apply to your information. This Policy also does not govern information that has been de-identified or aggregated so that it can no longer reasonably be associated with you.

Information We Collect Automatically
- Device and usage data - IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages and products viewed, links clicked, search terms, and dates and times of access.
- Location data - approximate location inferred from your IP address. We do not collect precise geolocation from your device without your consent.

We may combine information from different sources to carry out these purposes, and we may use de-identified or aggregated information for any lawful purpose.
Sensitive Personal Information
Some information may be considered sensitive personal information under applicable law. Based on the practices described in this Policy, we may process account log-in credentials to authenticate and secure customer accounts. We do not collect precise geolocation from your device without your consent, and payment card information is processed by our payment processor rather than stored as full payment card numbers on TLF systems. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by applicable law unless we provide any notice and privacy choice required by law.
4. How We Disclose and Share Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We disclose personal information in the following circumstances, and as explained in Sections 9 and 10 - some of our advertising-related disclosures may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” for targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws, which you can opt out of.
- Service providers - companies that perform services for us, such as e-commerce and website hosting, payment processing, order fulfillment and shipping, email and text-message delivery, customer support, product reviews, analytics, advertising, and fraud prevention. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising and analytics partners - as described in Section 10, we work with partners that use cookies and similar technologies to provide analytics and to deliver and measure advertising across sites and apps.
- Corporate transactions - in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate protections.
- Legal and safety - to comply with applicable law, legal process, or lawful government requests; to enforce our terms and agreements; and to protect the rights, property, and safety of TLF, our customers, or others.
- With your direction or consent - when you ask us to share information or otherwise consent to sharing.
Mobile Messaging Consent Information
Mobile numbers, SMS/MMS/RCS opt-in records, and consent status are used and disclosed only as needed to operate and support TLF mobile messaging, maintain consent and suppression records, comply with law, and provide related services. We do not sell or share mobile messaging opt-in data or consent status with third parties for their own marketing or for purposes unrelated to providing TLF messaging services.
5. You’re Sharing and Public Activity
Some features let you make information public or share it with others. For example, product reviews, ratings, photos, and questions you submit may be displayed publicly along with the name or handle you provide. If you use a referral feature, we will use the contact information you provide to send the referral you request. Please be thoughtful about what you choose to share, as you are responsible for content you make public, and information you share publicly may be collected and used by others.
6. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@tlfapparel.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it. We also do not knowingly sell or share for targeted advertising the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 without the consent required by applicable law.
7. How We Protect Personal Information
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, appropriate to the nature of the information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for the activity that occurs under your account.
8. Retention of Personal Information
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, complying with our legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. When personal information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, de-identify, or anonymize it. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it is used.
9. Managing Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Marketing Choices
- Email - you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email or by contacting us. You may still receive transactional messages about your orders and accounts.
- Text and mobile messages - if you enroll in our mobile messaging program, which may include SMS, MMS, or RCS where available, you can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or following the opt-out instructions provided. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. For program terms, see our Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions.
- Push notifications - if you use our mobile app, you can control push notifications through your device settings.
Mobile Messaging Privacy
When you opt in to receive mobile messages from TLF, we may collect your mobile number, opt-in and consent records, messaging preferences, message content and interactions, timestamps, delivery or error status, and information about actions that may trigger messages. For example, where enabled cookies or similar technologies may record that you placed an item in your cart or otherwise interacted with the Services so that TLF can determine whether to send a permitted cart or browse reminder. We use mobile messaging information to deliver transactional and marketing messages, personalize communications, measure and improve program performance, troubleshoot delivery, maintain consent and suppression records, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We may disclose this information to messaging platforms, telecommunications providers, carriers, and other service providers that assist us in operating the program. We do not sell or share mobile messaging opt-in data or consent status with third parties for their own marketing or for unrelated purposes.
Cookies and Targeted Advertising
You can manage cookies through the cookie preferences tool on our website (where available), through our Your Privacy Choices Page, and through your browser settings, as described in Section 10. Where required by applicable law, a valid Global Privacy Control (GPC) or other recognized universal opt-out preference signal is treated as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising for the browser or device from which the signal is sent. Because some choices are browser- or device-specific, you may need to exercise the choice again on a different browser or device.
State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence and applicable law, you may have some or all of the following rights with respect to your personal information:
- Right to know / access - to request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, and information about how we collect, use, and disclose it.

How to submit a request. You or an authorized agent may submit a request by emailing privacy@tlfapparel.com or by visiting our Your Privacy Choices Page. We will verify your request by matching the information you provide with information we have on file, and we may ask for additional information to verify your identity. For opt-out requests, we will also honor a valid GPC signal as described above.

We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our partners use cookies, web beacons, pixels, tags, software development kits (SDKs), and similar technologies (collectively, “cookies”) to operate and improve the Services and to support analytics and advertising. Cookies fall into general categories:
- Strictly necessary - required for the Services to function, such as maintaining your cart, session, and security.
- Functional - remember your preferences and settings.
- Analytics / performance - help us understand how the Services are used so we can improve them.
- Advertising / targeting - help us and our partners deliver and measure advertising that is relevant to you across sites and apps.
You can control cookies through the cookie preferences tool on our website (Your Privacy Choices Page), your browser settings, and, for mobile advertising identifiers, your device settings.
11. Third-Party Products, Services, and Links
The Services may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party websites, platforms, and services that we do not control, including social media, payment providers, and advertising and analytics partners. This Policy does not apply to those third parties. When you interact with them, their privacy policies and terms govern the information they collect. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any third party before providing your information.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and, where required by law or where changes are material, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update takes effect means you acknowledge the updated Policy.
